MaxHome is becoming Renuity, a nationwide family of home improvement experts working together to raise the standard. Our new name reflects our commitment to remodeling homes not just in the Gulf Coast, but for people around the country.
We’ll continue to offer bathroom remodeling, window replacement, and garage flooring with professional care and expertise. Our local teams and customer service members are growing with us. And your warranties, service agreements, and contacts will remain the same. What’s changing is the name on our hats, shirts, and emails.
With Renuity, we’re adding even more:

What is Renuity? Why are you changing the name?
Renuity is a family of home improvement experts in neighborhoods nationwide. MaxHome has been part of Renuity for several years, and we’re proud to unite under a single name so we can continue to go above and beyond in serving our customers and employees. We’ll continue to prioritize our customers above all else, focusing on delivering the most seamless and enjoyable home improvement experience, just as we have since the beginning.
Are you still the same company I worked with before?
Yes! We’re the same trusted, local team, under the same ownership and leadership. The only thing that’s changed is our name and brand identity.
What happens to my contract and warranty?
All contracts and warranties from MaxHome are still valid and will continue to be honored by Renuity. You’re in good hands.
Will your contact information or website change?
Once our name change is complete, our new website and email addresses will feature the Renuity name. If you have any questions, you can still contact our local team by phone at (888) 491-0401.
Will the quality of products or service change?
Not at all! The quality of the products and services you receive will remain the same, or even improve. We’re committed to continually enhancing our offerings to better serve you.
Are your services changing?
We’ll continue to offer bathroom remodeling, window replacement, and garage flooring, and you can expect the same high-quality services across all our locations. As we grow with Renuity, our goal is to eventually expand our services and product offerings, delivering more value to our customers. We’ll continue to offer top-quality products and brands that our customers expect and deserve.
Are your prices changing with the rebrand?
No, our pricing structure hasn’t changed. We remain committed to offering competitive pricing and excellent value to every homeowner in the Gulf Coast.
Will the same installers and designers handle my project?
Yes, you’ll continue working with the same experienced, local, trusted professionals who know your home and project inside and out.
Will you still serve the same areas?
Yes! Our local team will continue to serve homeowners throughout the Gulf Coast.
I really like working with my salesperson. Can I continue to work with them?
Yes! In most cases, you’ll continue working with your trusted salesperson. If they’re unavailable, we’ll ensure another expert team member is there to help you with your needs.
What happens to your online reviews under the old name?
Reviews are still active and visible. Right now, they remain under the MaxHome name on Google, Yelp, the BBB, and other platforms. As our profiles are updated to Renuity, those reviews will transfer with us.
Will there be any changes to my account or billing information?
No, your account details, billing information, and payment process will stay the same. You will continue to receive the same excellent service you’ve always known.
Where can I get a quote?
You can still request a quote the same way you always have through the MaxHome website. Once our transition to Renuity is complete, you’ll be able to request a quote directly through Renuity.
Is there anything I need to do?
No action is required on your part. The transition to Renuity is seamless, and you will continue to enjoy the same great experience with us.
