At MaxHome /NewBath our mission statement is “Everybody Happy” and much of our business comes from referrals from our happy customers. We are very confident that once you become a customer of ours you will want to “Spread the Happy” and tell your friends about our services. Our “Spread the Happy “program is a way you can do that and earn thousands of dollars. You can easily send in your referrals by logging onto /referralprogram/ or you can always call us with them at 1-800-639-2284. Just let us know the names and contact info and we will take it from there. You can always just talk to your friends and family and ask them to call us – BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEAR THAT IT IS A REFERRAL FROM YOU – so you can get credit.
Earn $20 – every time someone you refer has us out to their house for a presentation as described below;
Earn $200 – every time someone you refer becomes a customer of ours as described below;
Earn $2000 – when four of your referrals buy something from us as described below;
Here are the important terms and conditions we want you to know about:
- NewBath/Maxhome has to be able to clearly determine who is a new referral and reserves the right to decide if a person is a new referral or not. If the person’s name and address are in our system, for example, we will not consider them as a new referral. The referral must also be newly entered into our system as YOUR referral prior to our first appointment. The referral cannot be counted if given after the first visit. The referral must meet with us within 24 months of your referral to qualify.
- A referred person can’t be considered a new customer until they have actually bought and fully paid NewBath/MaxHome for a completed job – with a minimum $4,000 job price, within 24 months of being referred to us. Only one referral per household will be eligible no matter how many projects they do.
- To qualify for the demonstration bonus the referred person must receive a full presentation on our products. The final determination of whether a full demonstration was given will be decided by NewBath/MaxHome.
- If two or more people refer the same new customer to us at the same time, NewBath/MaxHome reserves the right to decide who gets credit for the referral. In most cases it will be given to the first person who supplied the referral.
- Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to the referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. All required tax forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service. Referral entries that are missing, lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. NewBath/MaxHome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
- Employees, agents, officers, and directors of NewBath, LLC and MaxHome, LLC. its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate families (and those living in the same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion in any way. Official “Spread the Happy” Referral Rewards program officially begins May 1, 2014 and does not apply to any customers or referrals made prior to this date.
- It must be perfectly clear to NewBath/ MaxHome that the person you refer to us is actually a referral from you, prior to their first appointment, and not from a different marketing source (i.e. TV, radio, newspaper, event, etc.). All referrals made through the internet must be made on the referral rewards page at /referralprogram/.
- A referral only qualifies for the $2000 Referral Reward promotion 24 months from the time of initial referral.
- NewBath/MaxHome reserves the right to verify and disclose referral /referee information.
- NewBath/MaxHome reserves the right to apply a referral fee against any balances due toward a retail installment contract the referring customer may have with NewBath/MaxHome.
