2. Do you charge for estimates?

MaxHome does not charge for estimates. Our friendly and knowledgeable representatives are also happy to provide consultations so homeowners can learn more about how specific products can enhance their homes.

3. How long has MaxHome been in business?

MaxHome has been in business since 2008, and our sister company, NewBath, has been in the home improvement industry since 2003.

4. Does MaxHome offer any warranties?

We provide warranties on both labor and material on EVERYTHING we do.  Many of our products have Lifetime warranties.

5. How long will my home improvement project take to complete?

Most of our installations can be completed in just one day. Our entire team works hard to make our services as convenient as possible for homeowners. We maintain quick turnaround times for all our projects so that there is as little disruption as possible to our customers’ homes and their everyday routines.

6. Can I finance my home improvement project?

MaxHome offers flexible financing options, and we can work with you to create a plan that works for your budget.

7. How can I feel comfortable with your installers?

All of MaxHome’s technicians, installers, and contractors are trained through our manufacturers’ programs and again by our own managers. Our employees are held to strict standards, and they always work under the supervision of an experienced MaxHome manager.

8. Are MaxHome’s prices competitive with the market?
