The MaxHome/NewBath Story by CEO Larry Closs

Hi!  Thank you for taking the time to find out more about MaxHome.  MaxHome grew out of its sister company- NewBath.   I founded NewBath in 2003 because I just knew that I could deliver a better product in a better way. When NewBath first began, the company focused on providing affordable and convenient bathroom remodeling. We quickly became one of the largest one-day bath companies in the country as well as one of the fastest growing companies in the country, for which we won numerous awards. (See below)

As the company grew customers started asking “You made us so happy with our bath can you help me with_________” (fill in the blank!)  and we began to offer additional products – like windows and insulation.   MaxHome was created from customer demand for one reputable and reliable source to turn to for home improvement options.  (We came up with the name MaxHome because we realized that it did not make sense for a company named NewBath to sell windows!)

In 2006 our team developed our mission statement “Everybody Happy” – we truly believe that we can make customers, employees and vendors happy every day.  This is something that we live by – and if you are not happy with anything we do – let us know.  In fact, we have a Chief Happiness Officer – whose sole job is to make customers happy.

Because of our focus on making customers and employees happy our growth has been rapid and steady. We are one of the largest home improvement companies in the county – #40 on the 2012 Replacement Contractor Top 100.  As we grew, we developed partnerships not only with the best manufacturers in America – but also with the nation’s best retailers.  Some of these partners include – Sam’s Club, Home Depot, and Wal-Mart.  We consider it an honor to be chosen by those great companies to be their exclusive home improvement partners and we feel it shows the level of professionalism and expertise we offer.

Our marketing slogan is “Relax with Max”.  We work very hard every day to be sure that when you choose us you can  relax knowing that not only are you getting a great product at a great price but that we will be there to make sure you are happy and confident –before, during and after the sale.
